Today I Learned

Yesterday I learned that "New Yorker" in Spanish is "Neoyorquino."

Today so far I've learned little ... mostly how frazzled being tired makes you, how your brain won't engage, how you often can't even slow down enough to sleep.

And that ... the spring sun is so nice. And that things that once seemed intolerable and crushing lose their power when you let yourself feel them. Just as is said in the bromides. Afterwards, things are light and clear.
